It seems we have time on our hands.
- "have time on your hands"="have time to kill"で、「暇を持て余す/必要以上に時間がある」という意味。 It seems ... we have a problem"のweも同じ響きか?
- Now the children have left home, she has too much time on her hands.
- Since he retired, Bill has too much time on his hands.
- If you have time on your hands, read that novel.
- If you have time on your hands and a spare room, you could host a foreign student in your own home and earn extra money.
