（生活に変化が欲しいんだ。）
　英会話レッスンにて、今までの生活をちょっと変えたいと思って、車通勤から電車＆バス通勤に変えた、というクラスメイトのシチュエーションを、こういう言い方で表現できる、と先生が提示してくれたフレーズ。

spiceは香辛料のスパイス。spice upという言い方で、その対象にひと味加えるイメージ。（to make something more interesting, lively, or sexy／ add an interesting or piquant quality to; make more exciting／to add interest or excitement to something）※piquant／刺激的な
- She was probably adding details to spice up the story.
- I'm afraid that the nude scenes spiced the musical up too much.
- Judy liked to spice her lectures up by telling jokes.
- They spiced up the play too much.
