What goes around comes around.

（自分のやったことは、ちゃんと自分にもどってくるよ。）
　英会話レッスンにて、ずいぶん前のレッスンなので何の文脈でかはすっかり忘れてしまったけれど、意味的には「情けは人のためならず」の意味で出てきた表現。

• でも実際はいい事に限らず「いいことも悪いことも、自分がしたことは、その人のもとへかえってくる」「因果応報」「カルマ」といった意味合い。（the way somebody behaves towards other people will affect the way those people behave towards them in the future／used to say that if someone does bad things now, bad things will happen to them in the future／used to say that if you treat other people badly you will eventually be treated badly by someone else）
• 昔流行ったファッションがまた流行る、という時にも使えるらしい。（something that is not fashionable now will become fashionable again in the future）
