• "fashioned from a patchwork of parts"ってとこ、イメージはすぐわくんだけど、fashionがもっと、「身にまとう」的な使われ方をしているのかと思ったら、この場合はちゃんとfashionが持つ「手作りで作りあげる」という意味を活かした文章でした。fasionという単語がこういう意味合いを持っているのは初めて知ったし、簡単な単語だから見逃すところだった。
