　BBCドラマ「SHERLOCK」エピソード2 "The Blind Banker" より。公共物に落書き（グラフィティ）してたという濡れ衣で警察に捕まってしまったワトスン。警察でASBO（＝Antisocial Behaviour Order：反社会的行動禁止令）を出され、ご立腹。「君（シャーロック）の友人」は落書きの真犯人である少年。

• "You want to..." はStudy in Pinkのセリフの中でも取り上げた、命令文の婉曲表現（12/1/13）。ここではちょっと嫌み入ってる感じ。
• "own up"＝「白状する」（admit or confess to having done something wrong or embarrassing／to admit that you have done something wrong, especially something that is not serious／to admit that you are responsible for something bad or wrong）英英の説明によると、深刻でない出来事の告白で使う表現とのこと。白状するものの前には to がつく。toのあとに行為が入る時は動名詞になる。
